Update 21-07-11: We have updated the list with supported Anysee tuners below.

Update 04-05-11: First version of the Linux driver for Anysee tuners is ready!
First version of the Linux driver for Anysee tuners is ready and is now part of the official LinuxTV V4L-DVB drivers. Just follow the standard installation procedure as described here. After installation of V4L the Anysee tuner should be found an properly registered and you are now able to search for channels and watch TV in eg. MythTV. As this is first vesrion, we’ll appreciate any kind of feedback! How-to’s, guides, bugs ect.

Update 19-04-11: Please notice when used on a Linux system:
We are in dialog with a Linux developer who has developed a Linux driver for Anysee tuners. This work is still in progress and the current status is that we expect first version of the Linux driver for Anysee tuners to be ready during may 2001. We’ll make a blog post as soon as we know more. Until then we recommend only to buy Anysee tuners for use with Windows.

If anyone out there are interested in helping us to test the Linux driver please contact us. Unfortunately Open Company can’t provide support on setup nor use of the Anysee products. However the products are tested on Linux and we refer to linuxtv.org for further information on drivers, support etc.

All credit for the software development goes to developer Antti Palosaari, who has developed the Linux kernel-module for the Anysee drivers. We highly recommend sending him a donation if you’re a happy Anysee-on-Linux user :) Antti Palosaari – Project Page
